Sweet Bresaola

Sweet Bresaola has Italian beef as its primary ingredient.

During curing, a minimum of 60 days, salt is added to the meat along with a special tanning created to enhance its flavor.

The final product has a red color that tends to darken toward the edge. The taste is sweet.
