The Smoked Royal Rump is a new product of our own conception that stems from the desire to give the consumer a different and original product. It is a cured meat of bovine origin having as raw material the rump of Scottona from Europe.
Following the careful selection of the raw material, the rinds are massaged and sprinkled with salt combined with a special tanning of our own design created to bring out the best in the product. The curing process lasts a total of no less than 45 days.
Smoked Royal Rump can be served thinly sliced in combination with other cured meats. Its distinctive flavor will make it stand out. It can also be enjoyed on its own with a drizzle of Italian extra virgin olive oil that will enhance its flavor.
It is also particularly good for diets because of its low salt content and almost complete absence of fat.
