The cheeks, after being carefully selected, are cured for no less than 60 days with a special tanning we designed.
Guanciale dei Papi can be used in a variety of ways. Thanks to its sweet but refined taste, it is possible to enjoy it both as a sliced sausage and in the preparation of various dishes, from the traditional amatriciana to your most special creations.
