Our Prosciutto San Marco follows a 100% Italian supply chain, starting from pigs born and raised in Italy to the cured ham leaving our factory in Crosare (VR).
Prosciutto San Marco is aged for a minimum of 16 months. It is characterized by its pinkish color with white veins. The flavor is sweet and mild.
As tradition dictates, in San Marco ham the only preserved is salt, to make it thus allergen-free and suitable for any diet.
