Prosciutto Veneto D.O.P. is a typical product of the area between the Berici and Euganean hills. In fact, only here, thanks to the special microclimate of the area and the great experience of our staff, do we obtain a unique product that recalls the flavors of yesteryear. Slow curing, no less than 18 months, allows the leg to absorb the typical local scents in a completely natural way.

Prosciutto Veneto PDO has a sweet taste, a distinctive softness on tasting and a characteristic pinkish color.

Since it is a P.D.O. branded product, Veneto P.D.O. Ham, before being certified as such, must pass numerous checks and correspond to specific criteria: from the selection of the legs (only Italian pigs from authorized slaughterhouses), to the final act of branding. Only after the mark of the Winged Lion of St. Mark has been affixed can the ham be called Veneto P.D.O. and sold as such.

Our ham is suitable for everyone: it contains no gluten, dairy products or other allergens. Its ingredients are only Italian pork and salt. Besides, of course, all our passion that has always been present in every product.
