The main ingredient of Villa Gaudio Mattonella is pork leg, sourced mainly from Germany or Austria, to which salt is added as the only ingredient and preservative.
After no less than 10 months of curing, and after a rigorous final inspection, we come to its special feature: the shape. The ham is pressed in the shape, precisely, of a tile. This makes it possible to have a compact and already cleaned ham, immediately ready to be sliced even at home.
