After careful selection of meat from particular slaughterhouses (mainly German and Austrian), the processing begins.
Along with the salt, our special tanning, perfected over 40 years of use, is added, and toward the end of the curing process, the speck is smoked naturally with beech wood.
The final product is of excellent quality and excellence, with a minimum maturation period of 120 days, which allows it to acquire its characteristic color and unmistakable taste.
